She is known for her creative style, strategic advice, and depth of understanding within the restaurant sector. Camilla is passionate about gastronomy and the impact hospitality and leisure have on bringing places to life.

Michael is the co-founder of Distrkt with 15 years experience in the F&B and leisure sectors, Michael specialises in advising Landlords on mixed use developments.

Michael is also active in the fitness sector working with Gymbox and Third Space on their Central London leasing.

Will has over 23 years experience advising on High Street, Shopping Centre and Leisure rent review, lease renewal and lease re-gear instructions across prime Central London.
He works closely with his clients in identifying and initiating asset management strategies to drive rental performance and enhance tenant mix across their portfolios.
Will is highly experienced in acting as Expert Witness, regularly dealing with complex referrals to Independent Experts and Arbitrators on prime retail, banking and restaurant/bar premises.

Dan has over 24 years of experience in Prime Central London Retail & Leisure markets. He is regarded as a leading authority on lease consultancy matters.
Dan specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, PACT, lease restructuring and regularly acts as an Expert Witness on Arbitration and Court work. His innovative thinking and collaborative approach working closely with the leasing team provides well thought out strategic input for clients.
Dan also has a strong track record advising clients in the luxury restaurant and Private Members club markets in the West End.

Rebecca joined Distrkt in 2019 with an excitement for the restaurant and leisure industry.
Prior to joining Distrkt her career background was working for admired office and flexible work space provider, The Office Group, where she facilitated the operations and sales in their West End buildings.
In her role at Distrkt, Rebecca works on the leasing of some of the most anticipated development projects in the market including Borough Yards.
