Camilla is committed to providing a bespoke, individual approach to every project, working collaboratively with clients from inception to completion.
Michael’s experience in bringing the most relevant brands to the right locations stems from his ethos that great destinations are developed by brands and places working together in harmony.
Michael specialises in advising landlords, developers on the curation of unique, mixed use projects - most recently working on major developments including Battersea Power Station, Borough Yards, Seven Dials and The Bower, advising the landlords on leasing strategies and tenant selection.
Alongside this, Michael also represents a small number of tenants in their expansion programs. Ranging from start-ups to international operators, established chefs and restaurant and leisure groups. Working from concept inception to completion, Michael becomes an integral part of the team, advising on strategy and where and when to enter the market.
